A Business Network Designed Around Your Daily Work
AigentZone delivers business network solutions for offices and operating sites: connecting users, applications, Wi-Fi, servers and business communications. We assess the existing layout and traffic before deciding what must be reconfigured or replaced.

Start with the dependency, not the device
A slow CRM, interrupted call or disconnected printer can have different causes. We map the user-to-application path: workstation, cable or wireless link, switch, gateway, internet connection and destination. That helps avoid replacing a switch when the fault lies elsewhere.
For a new office or an expansion, record the number of users, work areas, required outlets and applications first. A written network layout makes future support and changes easier to manage.
What the network project can cover
Network layout
Plan device connections and network roles around users, applications and future changes rather than simply adding more equipment.
Wired connectivity
Assess ports, patching, cable paths and rack organization. Installation quantities and building-work requirements are agreed separately.
Access boundaries
Define which users and systems should communicate, and implement supported segmentation and access rules after reviewing device compatibility.
Application and call readiness
Assess the connectivity used by CRM, POS, servers and phone systems. Coordinate issues that depend on the internet or telephony provider.
From assessment to handover
Map users and systems
List the affected areas, devices, applications and connections. Keep the business impact distinct from the suspected technical cause.
Agree the design
Document network roles, ports, equipment changes and dependencies on the building or other suppliers.
Implement in a planned window
Approve configuration changes and possible interruption before work begins; retain the information needed to roll back.
Test actual use
Test required access and blocked paths, wired and wireless clients, then hand over the layout and configuration record.
Scope and project boundaries
This is a network implementation and support service, not an internet subscription. ISP charges, civil works, equipment purchases and continuing maintenance are included only when explicitly listed in the proposal.
Questions before you start
Must we replace the whole network?
Not necessarily. The assessment separates configuration faults, physical problems and capacity limits so the proposed work addresses the actual cause.
Can you separate staff and guest access?
Yes, this can be designed into the network scope, subject to the gateways, switches and access points in use. It must be tested, not assumed from the network name.

Tell AigentZone about the site, users, existing equipment and problem. We will define the appropriate scope before proposing equipment or a maintenance agreement.
