What changes when the phone system moves to the cloud

A traditional phone setup ties calls to a box in an office and a handset on a desk. A cloud PBX moves that to software: the same business number rings wherever your team is, on a laptop or a phone, and the whole system is configured from one place.

The part most businesses underestimate is everything around the software. Numbers have to be brought across, extensions and call routing have to match how the company actually works, the apps have to be installed and working on real devices, and the team has to know how to use them on day one.

That is the work AigentZone takes on. We are a 3CX Partner, and we handle the deployment as a project rather than handing over a licence and a login.

What we deploy

3CX PBX deployment

Full 3CX PBX setup and configuration, delivered as a cloud phone system for your business.

Users and extensions

Extensions created per employee or department, with the permissions and structure your team needs.

Your business numbers

Existing business landline numbers connected into the PBX environment so customers keep calling the number they know.

Mobile-based communication

Employee mobile numbers and SIM-based communication connected where the project architecture supports it.

Desktop and mobile apps

3CX desktop and mobile applications set up on the devices your team actually uses.

CRM and system integration

The phone system connected to your CRM or business systems, based on your environment and the integrations available for it.

Call workflows

Call routing and business communication flows configured around your departments and working hours.

Onboarding and training

Your employees trained on the phone system so it is used properly from the first week, not worked around.

What a deployment covers

Scope is agreed per business, but a typical project includes all of the following.

Cloud PBX built and configured for your business
Extensions for every user and department
Business landline numbers connected into the system
Mobile communication connected where supported
Desktop and mobile apps installed and tested
Call routing built around your departments
Integration with CRM or business systems where available
Team training and handover

How a deployment runs

Review your current setup

We look at your existing numbers, departments, call volume and the systems already in use.

Design the system

Extensions, departments, routing rules and working hours are agreed before anything is switched on.

Deploy and connect

The PBX is deployed, your numbers are connected, and integration with your CRM or business systems is set up where available.

Install and test

Desktop and mobile apps are set up on real devices and call flows are tested before go-live.

Train the team

Employees and managers are trained on transfers, queues, the apps, and day-to-day use.

When calls are only part of the conversation

Most customers do not only call. They message too, and a call that has no connection to the WhatsApp thread before it leaves your team guessing.

OmniLink, the platform AigentZone builds, brings business calls together with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messaging in one workspace, attached to the same customer record.

A phone system deployment does not require OmniLink. The two are combined only when a business wants calls and messaging handled together.

Why deploy with AigentZone

3CX Partner

AigentZone is a 3CX Partner delivering cloud PBX and business communication solutions.

Deployment, not just a licence

We design the system, connect your numbers, set up the apps and hand it over working.

Connected to your systems

Integration with CRM and business systems depends on your environment, and we scope it with you before committing.

Your team is trained

A phone system only works if people use it. Onboarding and training are part of the project.

Common questions

What is a cloud PBX, in plain terms?

A PBX is the system that runs a company’s phones — extensions, transfers, queues and call routing. A cloud PBX does the same job without a box in the office: the system is hosted, and staff use desk phones, a desktop app or a mobile app on the same numbers.

What is 3CX?

3CX is the business phone system platform AigentZone deploys. AigentZone is a 3CX Partner, which means we design, install, integrate and support 3CX for companies in the UAE.

Can the phone system connect to our CRM?

Yes. Calls can be linked to the customer record so the caller is identified, the call is logged against the right customer, and history is complete without anyone writing it down manually.

Can employees take calls from mobile as well as their desk?

Yes. The same extension works on a desk phone, a desktop app and a mobile app, so a call reaches the person rather than a location — useful for staff who move between sites or work outside the office.

Can an old PBX be replaced without changing our numbers?

In most cases the business numbers are kept and moved onto the new system, and the migration is planned so calls are not lost during the switch. What is possible depends on how the numbers are currently provided, which we check before committing to a plan.

Can several branches share one phone system?

Yes. Branches can run on one system with internal extensions between sites and shared routing rules. Where branches also need to share other systems, the network side is handled as part of the same project.

Still running calls through personal phones?

Tell us how many users and numbers you have and we will outline what a deployment would involve.
