Systems & API Integration

Make Your Business Systems Talk to Each Other

Most companies do not have a software problem. They have a connection problem: the CRM, the phone system, the website, the messaging channels and the accounting software all hold part of the truth, and staff move data between them by hand. AigentZone connects those systems through their APIs so the data moves once, automatically.

What an integration actually does

One event in one system becomes the right record, the right notification and the right task everywhere else.

Signs your systems are not connected

A customer exists in the CRM, the accounting system and a spreadsheet — with three different phone numbers
Website enquiries are copied into the CRM by hand, or missed entirely
Nobody can tell which system holds the correct, current version of a record
Calls and WhatsApp conversations are not attached to the customer they belong to
Reporting requires exports from several systems before anyone can answer a simple question

What we connect

If a system offers an API or a supported integration point, it can usually join the flow.

CRM and customer records

Make the customer record the centre, so every other system reads from and writes to the same place.

Telephony and call systems

Calls linked to the right customer, so history is complete without anyone logging it manually.

Messaging channels

WhatsApp and other customer conversations connected to the systems where the work is actually tracked.

Websites and forms

Enquiries land in the CRM as a real lead with a source and an owner, not as an email someone has to read.

POS and operational systems

Transactions and operational events connected to customer records and reporting.

Older internal systems

A legacy system can often stay in place and still take part, through whatever interface it does expose.

Common questions

Can you connect two systems that were never meant to work together?

In most cases yes, as long as each side offers an API or another supported way in or out. The first step is always to check what each system genuinely exposes, because that determines what is possible and what is not.

Do we have to replace our current software to integrate it?

No. Integration exists precisely so you do not have to. Replacement is a separate decision, and one worth taking only when the existing system blocks the process rather than merely being inconvenient.

What is an API integration in plain terms?

An API is a defined way for one system to ask another for data or to send it data. An integration is the piece we build in between: it decides what moves, when it moves, what it becomes on the other side, and what happens when something fails.

What happens to the data we already have?

Existing records are reviewed and matched before anything is switched on, because two systems usually disagree about duplicates and formats. That clean-up is part of the work, not an afterthought.

Which two systems should be talking?

Tell us which systems you run and where the double entry happens. We will tell you what can be connected and what it would change day to day.
