IT Support & AMC

IT Support with an Annual Maintenance Scope You Can Understand

AigentZone provides business IT support and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) shaped around your environment. The agreement defines what is covered, how requests are handled and which work needs a separate quotation — rather than promising that every IT problem is included.

Delivered by AigentZone, a UAE business technology company — about AigentZone

When reactive fixes are no longer enough

The same computer or network fault keeps returning without a documented cause.
Nobody owns the equipment list, configuration history or escalation to other providers.
A growing team needs a defined support process, not a new arrangement for every incident.

Build the agreement around the assets

Asset and scope list

Identify locations, users, workstations, network devices, servers and business applications. List each included system and the responsible owner.

Support and diagnosis

Record the symptom, affected users and recent changes, then diagnose within the agreed scope. Network, application and provider issues follow different escalation paths.

Planned maintenance

Agree suitable inspection and maintenance tasks for covered equipment, with change approval and work windows that reflect business needs.

Documentation and handover

Keep a record of work completed, open issues, configuration changes and recommendations. Credentials remain under the customer’s approved access process.

Scope and project boundaries

Remote assistance, site visits, support hours, response targets and maintenance frequency are specified in the actual agreement. No fixed SLA or round-the-clock coverage is implied by this page.

Replacement hardware, vendor subscriptions, licensing, major migrations and new development are not automatically included. Backup responsibilities and restore testing must also be named explicitly; a support agreement is not a guarantee against data loss.

From assessment to handover

Review the environment

Share an equipment list, locations, business applications and recurring issues. Avoid sending passwords through the enquiry form.

Agree the coverage

Record included assets, exclusions, support modes, contacts and approval responsibilities in writing.

Set the support workflow

Define request information, priority assessment, escalation and how maintenance changes are approved.

Review and adjust

Use the work record to review recurring faults and update scope when users or systems change.

Questions before you start

Is AMC the same as unlimited IT support?

No. An annual contract defines the covered assets and service terms. Request the coverage list and exclusions before comparing quotations.

Can software and 3CX be included?

They can be discussed as named systems in the scope. Application changes, licenses and third-party support rights must be assessed separately.

Do you also handle a one-off problem?

Tell us what is affected so we can assess a separate support task. A one-off repair does not create an annual maintenance commitment.

Start with your actual environment

Tell AigentZone about the site, users, existing equipment and problem. We will define the appropriate scope before proposing equipment or a maintenance agreement.
