Call Center Operations

A Call Center Built Around Customer Follow-up

AigentZone delivers call-center planning and implementation focused on how your team handles customers: where calls go, who takes ownership and how follow-up reaches your business systems. The phone foundation may use 3CX; the operational workflow is defined separately from installing a PBX.

Delivered by AigentZone, a UAE business technology company — about AigentZone

A phone system is the foundation, not the full process

A general PBX project covers business numbers, extensions and calling. A call-center project additionally defines team ownership, routing requirements, unanswered-call follow-up and the customer record that agents need. That operational scope is why this page is separate from Cloud PBX.

If your customers also message on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, assess OmniLink by AigentZone for the customer-operations layer. A combined setup depends on the actual calling and messaging integrations; it is not an automatic promise that every system connects.

Specify the daily operation

Call-flow requirements

Define business hours, teams, routing, queues and fallback requirements. Check available features against the selected phone-system edition and configuration.

Agent roles

Agree who answers, who owns the next action, and how a customer moves between teams. Include daily-use training in the planned handover.

Customer context

Map the customer information and call outcome needed by the team. CRM access and integration feasibility are assessed before implementation.

Acceptance scenarios

Test normal calls, unanswered calls, transfers and agreed follow-up paths using test records rather than real customer conversations.

Scope and project boundaries

AigentZone uses the confirmed designation 3CX Partner. Licensing, SIP trunks, number availability, recording policy and CRM compatibility require review. Advanced reporting, recording or AI functions are not automatically included, and a new call center is not a promise of sales results.

Questions before you start

Can we use softphones instead of desk phones?

Discuss desktop and mobile app requirements in the 3CX/PBX scope. Supported endpoints, network quality, licensing and calling-provider requirements determine the setup.

Will all CRM systems integrate?

No blanket compatibility is promised. Share the CRM name, version and required data flow so we can review supported integrations or a separate API project.

Can calls and WhatsApp share customer context?

This is a valid requirement to assess. OmniLink covers customer operations across calls and messaging, but the actual channel setup and integration scope must be agreed.

Start with your actual environment

Tell AigentZone about the site, users, existing equipment and problem. We will define the appropriate scope before proposing equipment or a maintenance agreement.
