A clear welcome without mixing guests with work
The customer journey starts with finding the guest network, joining it and opening the landing page. We agree the wording, company identity and supported access method, then test the experience on representative devices.
The landing page and the network access rules are separate parts of the setup. A branded welcome screen alone is not proof that business systems are isolated from guests.
Define the UniFi implementation
Check the installed environment
Review UniFi equipment, management access and network layout before agreeing compatibility, required changes and project scope.
Company landing page
Configure the supported logo, welcome wording and appearance. Keep the page clear on mobile and avoid collecting information without an agreed purpose.
Guest access policy
Agree guest access boundaries and verify the supported isolation settings across the actual equipment, not only the Wi-Fi name.
Testing and handover
Test joining, landing-page access, authorized connectivity and blocked business paths, then document the management process.
Scope and project boundaries
Authentication options and any session or bandwidth controls depend on the actual UniFi version, equipment and agreed setup. SMS/OTP, payments, social login and CRM marketing integrations are not included by default or promised here.
Guest connectivity is not automatic marketing permission. Any additional data collection, retention, consent text or integration needs its own reviewed scope. Internet service and ongoing management are specified separately.
Questions before you start
Is this an AigentZone software product?
No. It is implementation of a ready-made UniFi solution. OmniLink and AigentPOS are our proprietary products; UniFi remains third-party technology.
Will it work on our existing network?
We first review equipment, software versions, controller access and network topology. A landing page alone does not establish compatibility or complete guest isolation.
Can the page show our logo?
UniFi supports portal branding. We agree the supplied identity, supported layout and mobile test as part of the implementation.
