Business Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi That Fits Your Space, Devices and Workload

AigentZone provides business Wi-Fi assessment, planning, configuration and troubleshooting. Coverage is only one part of the job: connected-device numbers, walls, wired uplinks and application requirements also shape the design.

Delivered by AigentZone, a UAE business technology company — about AigentZone

Good internet speed, but unreliable office Wi-Fi?

Meeting rooms lose connectivity while desks near the access point work normally.
Calls or business apps become unstable when the office is busy.
Staff and guests share a network without a clear access policy.

Assess coverage and capacity together

Usage and site assessment

Review the floor plan, problem locations, device counts and applications. Record whether faults affect a single device or several users.

Access-point planning

Choose placement and configuration around the space and expected load. The final device selection depends on the assessed requirements.

Uplinks and network configuration

Check the paths behind the wireless connection, including switching, addressing and internet access. A wireless signal does not prove the full path is working.

Staff and guest Wi-Fi

Define access needs and separation. When a guest landing page is required, use the dedicated UniFi captive-portal solution rather than adding unverified marketing features.

From assessment to handover

Record the symptom

Note the room, time, affected devices and whether wired access behaves differently. Share a floor plan where available.

Define the design

Agree access-point placement, cabling, guest access and any changes to existing network equipment.

Configure and validate

Test the required applications in the agreed areas using representative devices; include movement between areas when relevant.

Document support needs

Record equipment and configuration, remaining limitations and whether ongoing maintenance is part of the agreement.

Scope and project boundaries

Wi-Fi design cannot promise one speed everywhere or universal coverage for every future device. Internet service, construction changes and new user loads can affect results; acceptance criteria are agreed for the actual environment.

Questions before you start

Should we just add another access point?

Not before checking placement, interference, uplinks and load. More equipment without a design may not solve the original problem.

Can guests see a page with our company branding?

AigentZone offers a ready-made UniFi-based captive portal. Branding and access settings are agreed after checking the installed UniFi environment.

Start with your actual environment

Tell AigentZone about the site, users, existing equipment and problem. We will define the appropriate scope before proposing equipment or a maintenance agreement.
