Business WhatsApp Not Working? Identify the Layer First
Separate a phone-app fault, a provider/account restriction, API delivery and CRM workflow before changing anything.

Describe what is failing
“WhatsApp is broken” is not yet a diagnosis. Can the user open the app? Is one recipient affected or everyone? Does the message appear in the inbox but not in CRM? Those symptoms point to different systems and different support owners.
For a Business Platform integration, distinguish an accepted API request from final message delivery and from a successful workflow in the application. A single “sent” label should not be used to assume the entire process succeeded.
Collect safe evidence before escalation
Send the support team a concise reproduction record with sensitive content removed. A provider may need a secure channel for more detailed diagnostics; a public contact form is not the place for access tokens or chat exports.
- Time and time zone, affected business channel and the exact error text.
- Which step fails, how often, and whether the fault affects all users.
- Recent number, account, app, integration or permission changes.
- A redacted screenshot or test message reference, never passwords or tokens.
Choose the right next action
Check official service status and the provider’s reported error before reconnecting or migrating. If only CRM assignment fails, investigate the integration and workflow rather than rebuilding the channel. If the account is restricted, use the official review/support process.
AigentZone can assess business messaging and integration problems within the agreed scope. This is not a promise to recover a banned account, bypass policies or repair every personal WhatsApp issue.
